Wear them, use them, and wash them as much as you like. If you find the fit or performance still isn't right, simply contact us for a personal consultation to ensure you get the right product or size before initiating a return.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Products: All Dr. Johnny's products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Consultation: Before returning, we recommend reaching out for a personal fit consultation to find the perfect match.
- Socks: We understand that socks are a personal item. For hygiene reasons, we request that you only open, wash, and wear one pair if you have ordered multiple pairs.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs will be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to be reflected on your statement. Send us an email at customersupport@drjohnnys.com if you haven't received a refund after 1-2 billing cycles.
